This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a seasoned product marketer ready to define and scale a category. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own and operate the core function of product marketing at CaliberMind. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to bring clarity to our positioning, drive powerful go-to-market motions, and tell stories that compel enterprise buyers to act.
This role blends strategy and execution: from competitive analysis and analyst briefings to pitch decks, sales enablement content, and customer-facing videos. You’ll build the foundation for how we talk about our platform — and empower the team with what they need to win.
You’ll Love This Role If You:

- Know how to distill complex ideas into simple, powerful messages.
- Crave autonomy but welcome collaboration.
- Care deeply about go-to-market impact, curious and inquisitive mind
- Are looking to be part of a category-defining company solving real problems for sophisticated buyers.
Salary range: $120,000-$140,000 plus bonus and equity - based on experience
- Define and continually refine product positioning, messaging, and personas for CaliberMind’s Go-To-Market Intelligence platform.
- Own our messaging hierarchy — connecting value to the buyer’s day-to-day and differentiating from legacy tools (like Salesforce Attribution, Marketo Measure).
- Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence and market analysis — tracking shifts and advising Product and GTM teams accordingly.
- Create high-impact sales enablement content: pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, use case briefs, explainer videos, and ROI calculators.
- Lead analyst and influencer engagement (briefings, reviews, etc.) to shape perception and secure validation.
- Partner with Product and Revenue teams to lead launches, GTM plans, customer communications, and internal rollout.
- Strategic collaboration upstream includes proactive participation in product strategy sessions, roadmap influence, or market fit validation
- Conduct external training on new product features and releases, proactively train internal teams and ensure message alignment
- Develop in-depth understanding of the CaliberMind product to become a go-to expert to run product demos
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate technical capabilities into buyer-centric stories that resonate with MOps, RevOps, and Demand Gen leaders.
- Support customer marketing, ABM initiatives, and product storytelling in collaboration with the content and growth teams.
- Run VOC programs, competitive debriefs, and post-sale interviews
- Oversee beta and early adopter programs — from client selection to usage monitoring and structured feedback loops
- Design and manage attach/adoption campaigns to drive feature uptake and maximize product utilization post-launch
- Other duties as assigned
- 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, additional in marketing analytics or Marketing Ops, or possibly Campaign Ops is crucial and will ensure the best fit for this role
- Bachelors degree or equivalent, Masters degree a plus
- Proven ability to own messaging, positioning, and product narrative in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong storyteller with a portfolio that spans content types and personas.
- Deep understanding of the buyer journey in B2B SaaS with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working across Product, Sales, and Engineering — with high comfort in technical conversations.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can lead without a playbook.
- Comfortable on camera and capable of creating product videos or walk-through content.
- Extensive experience with collateral creation using Google Slides, Canva, various video tools
- Bonus: experience at an early-stage startup and loved the pace.
