We have an immediate opportunity for a versatile Senior Software Engineer who wants their lines of code to have significant and measurable positive impact for users, the company's bottom line and the MarTech industry. You will be working with a small group of outstanding engineers to build features our customers will love, while keeping our platform stable and scalable. The software engineer role at CaliberMind encompasses architecture, system design, implementation, and testing to ensure we build products right and release them with high quality.

• Architect, design, implement, test and deliver highly scalable products
• Master our development process, culture and code base, then improve it
• Operates effectively in a hybrid engineering model where our engineers wear many hats, often crossing lines between software development, devOps, front-end and data engineering.
• Mentor others in development technologies, tools, and processes
• Present your own designs to internal/external groups and review designs of others
• Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, write unit/functional tests to drive up code coverage and automation metrics.
• Participate in the team’s technical support rotation to address sophisticated problems and keep services operational and highly available

• 4+ years of professional, demonstrable software development experience
• Deep knowledge of both functional programming and OOP, with experience using at least one object oriented programming language (Java, Javascript, Python)
• High proficiency in at least one high-level programming language and web framework (NodeJS, Express, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of web technologies, such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JavaScript, JSON, and/or Ajax
• Advanced knowledge of database technologies such as data warehouses, SQL, relational database schema design and data modeling
• Experience in automated testing including unit and functional testing using Jest
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
• Experience with NodeJS, Typescript and React
• Experience with Apache Spark or related data engineering technologies
• Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot or other MarTech APIs
• Experience building highly scalable web applications
• Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development
• Track record of being a top performer in current and past roles

Location: Remote with some travel and office time- Colorado preferred but not required

Base Compensation: $150,000-$165,000 plus bonus and stock options
