The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our operations team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities with accuracy, and communicates effectively with internal teams, external partners, and transportation providers. Responsibilities:

• Track FTL and LTL shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Prepare review and maintain transportation documentation (BOLs, packing slips, shipment confirmations)
• Assist in communication with carriers, warehouse teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide shipment updates
• Monitor and maintain inbound and outbound shared drive
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Create and maintain SOPs related to logistics and supply chain processes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics operations

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic understanding of supply chain, transportation, or warehouse operations.
• Understanding of transportation paperwork (BOLs, packing slips, PODs)
• Experience with data entry or administrative support
• Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly

Bonus points if you …..

• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
• ERP experience with NetSuite is a plus, but not required
• Startup / CPG experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment
• Are a dog parent
