Who We Are

Woof is building the next great American pet brand - bringing new life to the industry through elegant, intuitive product design. Proudly recognized among America’s fastest growing CPG companies, Woof is reinventing stagnant sectors to solve real problems for pets and their people.

This is evidenced by our award-winning product ecosystems – The Pupsicle, BullySafe, Bite n’ Brush, and Poomergency – all revolutionizing dog care by providing wellness solutions in a fun and engaging way.

Today, we are experiencing extremely rapid growth, and as such we’re seeking experienced people to take the company to the next level. If you’re passionate about meaningful work, have a bias towards action, and love dogs as much as we do we’d love to have you on our team.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own one of the most critical parts of Woof’s growth engine: our end-to-end lifecycle strategy. This role is perfect for a strategic, methodological builder who can roll up their sleeves and deliver results.

In this role, you’ll focus on two high-impact areas: optimizing the post-click experience to ensure traffic from paid media converts through high-performing landing pages, and designing email and SMS programs that nurture customers through every stage of their journey—from first purchase to repeat engagement and subscription retention.

Your work will directly influence conversion rates, retention, and lifetime value, making this one of the most impactful roles on our marketing team. If you love blending data, creativity, and experimentation to create frictionless, high-performing customer journeys, this is your opportunity to make a massive impact at a fast-growing brand.

What You’ll Own

  • Post-Click Conversion Optimization: Partner with Growth, DTC, and Creative teams to optimize landing pages for paid traffic. Run CRO tests across copy, design, and offers to maximize conversion rates for both first-purchase purchases and subscription sign-ups.
  • Email & SMS Lifecycle Flows: Build and optimize automated flows for onboarding, post-purchase, replenishment, subscription onboarding, churn prevention, and win-back. Continuously improve performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and creative optimization.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage email and SMS campaigns for evergreen programs, new product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments, ensuring campaigns are on-brand and focused on improving LTV.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Develop and manage advanced segmentation frameworks and personalization strategies to deliver targeted messaging and tactics tailored to customer behavior, purchase history, and subscription status.
  • Performance Analytics: Own reporting for customer lifecycle performance, translating data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a cross-functional leader, working closely with Growth, Brand, DTC, and Creative teams to create a unified customer journey.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing at a DTC or subscription brand, with proven success improving conversion, retention, and LTV.
  • Expertise in email and SMS marketing, including hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar automation tools.
  • Strong CRO skills and experience optimizing landing pages for paid traffic
  • Skilled in segmentation, personalization, and automation to deliver tailored, high-performing lifecycle programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset: adept at analyzing funnel metrics, using cohort analysis, retention metrics, and A/B testing frameworks to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities and leading initiatives from strategy to execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for crafting compelling messages and presenting insights.

Bonus points if you…...

  • Have experience with subscription models or high-repeat categories
  • Know your way around lifecycle tech stacks and are familiar with loyalty or referral programs
  • Love experimenting with AI-powered personalization tools or predictive retention tools
  • Are passionate about pets and improving the lives of dogs.

What We Offer

  • Remote opportunity; or hybrid work environment (2-3 days in office) if in Denver or NYC
  • Strong preference for EST, CST, or MST based
  • Flexible PTO Policy
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Employer sponsored 401K
  • Annual compensation range: $95-115k

This position will remain open until October 15th. Applications will be accepted until this date; however, the posting may be closed earlier if a successful candidate is identified.
