about the business development role:
the business development representative (BDR) role generates new outbound sales opportunities and adds qualified leads to the sales funnel. the BDR uses various strategies to generate leads that might include cold calling, email/texting, social media, events and networking to identify and connect with prospective clients.
the BDR will use a framework of outreach strategies, but success will come from innovating creative ways to exceed sales qualified lead & revenue targets. as the first touch in the buying funnel, the BDR will research, qualify and pass off opportunities to a sales call. the BDR is naturally competitive, ambitious and strives to be a top performer.
this is a full-time hybrid position located in Denver or Minneapolis that will report directly to the Sr. Director of Sales. we believe a hybrid work environment allows our crew to have a balance of productive and innovative work spaces. occasionally coming into the office allows for collaboration and offers opportunity to bring out your inner creative! this role will come into the office on Tuesdays for collaboration day and a second day that’s up to each team.
