about the sales development representative role:
the sales development representative (SDR) is responsible for building the sales pipeline and supporting in converting high-quality inbound leads to valuable soona customers. the SDR will contact and qualify prospects, set appointments and directly drive soona photoshoot bookings. collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching revenue targets. the SDR will the SDR uses various strategies that include calling, email/texting, social media, events and networking to identify and connect with prospective clients.
on top of being a skilled communicator, the SDR meets opportunities with urgency and enthusiasm, is highly organized and able to juggle multiple customers and projects simultaneously.

this is a full-time hybrid position located in denver or minneapolis that will report directly to the Sr. Director of Sales. we believe a hybrid work environment allows our crew to have a balance of productive and innovative work spaces. occasionally coming into the office allows for collaboration and offers opportunity to bring out your inner creative! this role will come into the office on Tuesdays for collaboration day and a second day that’s up to each team.
