InnerPlant is rolling out its first products in the Midwest. Our mission is to empower retailers, agronomists, and farmers with real-time, actionable data insights to optimize crop health and yield. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal to the success of our product adoption and customer satisfaction. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with our Business Development Director and other team members to build relationships and generate business with retailers, ensure seamless onboarding and training of retail locations, as well as engage with growers to demonstrate the value of our products and technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agronomy, sales, and high-touch service, with a passion for driving innovation in agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the go-to-market strategy and achieve sales targets in territory
  • Fully onboard retail customers and train crop advisors and sales agronomists to use our data insights platform effectively
  • Collaborate with retail customers to enroll growers in InnerPlant’s data insights
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities, including hosting technology demonstrations in the field
  • Provide ongoing support and engagement with retail customers and growers to ensure they understand and benefit of our technology, including field visits
  • Maintain a timely account of field activities, including maintenance of customer relationship management software
  • Participate in virtual meetings and coordinate with colleagues based in California, leveraging remote work/collaboration tools and technologies.
  • Gather feedback from users to inform continuous improvement of our products and services
