Agile Space Industries is looking for an adaptive, resourceful, and proactive Administrative Assistant I who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This full-time, in-person role is based at our Durango airport location and can be 32 to 40 hours per week, based on business needs and mutual agreement.

Responsibilities
- Provide flexible administrative assistance that supports the work of team members across the organization, from project managers and directors to occasional senior leadership requests.
- Serve as the welcoming presence at the front desk, greeting visitors, managing check-ins, and receiving deliveries.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including onsite interviews and travel in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
- Help organize and maintain office spaces, ensuring a productive environment with supplies and equipment readily available.
- Manage meeting room calendars.
- Direct inquiries, provide general office support, and take initiative on administrative projects as they arise.
- Maintain organized records and prepare documents, ensuring information is accurate and accessible.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Perform other related duties to support smooth operations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity, able to pivot quickly as priorities change.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in finding solutions.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deadlines are met and results delivered.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize competing tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle internal communications with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn collaboration tools (e.g., Slack and Teams).
- Willingness to step in and support the team wherever needed.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior administrative or professional experience preferred.
- Experience managing projects and driving them to completion is a plus.
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds, as needed, for office supplies or equipment.

Employment Type: Non-Exempt
The expected salary range for this role is $22-$27 an hour. Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity, and is typically made within the midrange at $24.50 an hour, rather than the upper end.
Work Schedule: This full-time position may be structured for 32 to 40 hours per week, based on business needs and mutual agreement.
Location: Onsite - Durango Airport Office
