AGILE uses state of the art 3D metal alloy printing techniques to rapidly design, manufacture, and test new engine designs in our purpose-built propulsion test facility. About the Role:

This role is perfect for an HR professional eager to make an impact in the fast-paced aerospace industry. You'll join a dynamic team at an innovative company where every day presents new challenges and opportunities. In this position, you'll streamline processes and manage essential HR administrative tasks . Your contributions will ensure that new employees experience a seamless transition into an environment defined by rapid growth, high energy, and transformative industry initiatives. This role reports to the People Operations and Culture Lead.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding & New Hire Orientation:

  • Organize and conduct new hire orientation sessions to ensure a positive and informative start for new employees.
  • Coordinate with team leads to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.

Record Keeping & Auditing:

  • Maintain and update accurate employee records, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and current.
  • Regularly audit records and HR files to support internal reviews and process improvements.

Administrative Support:

    • Assist in streamlining HR processes to improve efficiency across the department.
    • Support day-to-day HR tasks, including scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities.
    • Assist in preparing and distributing HR documentation and communications.

Recruitment Assistance:

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating candidate interviews.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR digital transformation initiatives, including leveraging technology to enhance process.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to support talent development and retention strategies in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Support LMS Management and annual evaluation coordination.
  • Participate in developing team building and engagement activities that reinforce our collaborative and innovative work culture.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but recent graduates with a passion for HR are welcome.
  • SHRM or HRCI Certification preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing routine administrative tasks.
  • Occasional light lifting (up to 15 lbs) may be required for moving files or equipment.

Employment Type: Exempt

Salary: $50,000-70,000
